DESCRIPTION OF HYPERPRESS PAK-400 (full update 2022)

- The pressing force of the Hyperpress has been increased to 400 tons;

​

-Hydraulic cylinders are made from German components(pipes, rods, seals), this allows the press to work for many years without repair;

-The main plates of the press have a thickness of more than 100mm., which allows you to work at maximum effort without bending

and metal fatigue;

-Automatic material dosing system, developed by our company, allows you to constantly control the quality of each product, namely the maximum density and minimum size error (+/-0.5).  This allows you to produce bricks of very high quality, and drastically reduce the cost of the product;

​

-Modern progressive hydraulic system, developed by our specialists, allows  to work the press

at very high speeds (cycle less than 10s.), and provide performance more than700 piecesbricks per hour.

But at the same time, we did not increase the power of electric motors, but reduced it from 33 kW. (two electric motors) up to record 15 kW (one electric motor);

- Quick Release Matrix, which allows you to switch to the manufacture of another type of product in less than 20 minutes;

-Matrix liners with wear-resistant steelof high quality and are heat treated in a vacuum furnace to a hardness of more than 60 HRC. Such an outstanding result allows the liners to work more than 400 yew. cycles, or up to 1,000,000 pcs. bricks. And even after that, you don't have to throw away the  inserts, because we designed them so that you can resurface them more than 4 times! This increases the profitability of the brick, and brings you additional profit compared to standard equipment;

- Rotary sensor system in the press hopper, allows you to automatically start the feed conveyor and control the level of material in the hopper (with remote connection to the automation system);
