- Possibility to install such types of matrices:
- a triple matrix for bricks / paving stones (flat) - 250 x 120-125 x 20-90 mm .;
- a ten-place matrix for tiles of a ventilated facade (with a rib) - 250 x 23.4 x 40-90 mm .;
- a six-place matrix for tiles of a ventilated facade (edge) - 280-400 x 23.4 x 40-90 mm;
- single matrix for paving / facade tiles (flat) - 400 x 250 x 20-90 mm .;
- matrices for any other types of products that are included in the dimensions of the working area of the hyperpress.

DESCRIPTION OF HYPERPRESS PAK-400 (full update 2022)
- The pressing force of the Hyperpress has been increased to 400 tons;
-Hydraulic cylinders are made from German components(pipes, rods, seals), this allows the press to work for many years without repair;
-The main plates of the press have a thickness of more than 100mm., which allows you to work at maximum effort without bending
and metal fatigue;
-Automatic material dosing system, developed by our company, allows you to constantly control the quality of each product, namely the maximum density and minimum size error (+/-0.5). This allows you to produce bricks of very high quality, and drastically reduce the cost of the product;
-Modern progressive hydraulic system, developed by our specialists, allows to work the press
at very high speeds (cycle less than 10s.), and provide performance more than700 piecesbricks per hour.
But at the same time, we did not increase the power of electric motors, but reduced it from 33 kW. (two electric motors) up to record 15 kW (one electric motor);
